Dues are around $2500 depending on the number of players each year. This covers ice time, conference/league dues, and referees in addition to transportation and lodging; however, players are expected to purchase team warm-ups, team pant covers and pay for their meals on road trips. Members are also required to keep the Student Recreation Fee that is included in tuition and fees as it is required both Fall and Winter semesters.
All of their own hockey equipment. Each player is required to have a black helmet and black gloves. Jerseys and socks are provided by the team.
Travel generally includes southern Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, and Canada. The team occasionally travels on Fridays, so if possible we recommend that players do not schedule Friday classes.
